Seema Sodha is a passionate Global Trainer and Executive Coach who empowers ambitious professionals to increase their impact by embracing their authentic leadership style and developing a creative mindset.

As a Canadian-born, cisgendered woman of South Asian descent now living in The Netherlands, Seema is driven by the belief that diverse backgrounds, beliefs and experiences are assets that leaders and organizations can leverage to create meaningful relationships and get better results. One of her areas of focus has been in helping leaders and underrepresented groups increase their visibility, engagement and promotability. With strong intuition and a collaborative coaching style, she believes a ‘simple’ shift in perspective is all it takes to go from feeling inadequate and invisible to confident and empowered.

In addition to being an International Coaching Federation certified Coach, Seema’s credentials include a BSc. in Psychology and Business Management, Certified Professional Co-active Coach, Certified Practitioner of the Leadership Circle Profile, Certified Practitioner of Be Well Lead Well Pulse and BeAbove Leadership, NeuroTransformational Coaching. When Seema leads Desa Global Leadership trainings around the globe, she leverages her corporate experience as a National Sales Trainer for Eli Lilly Canada and as a global Coach trainer for The Coaches Training Institute to help clients discover their purpose, boost their self-confidence and find their unique way to excel in their organizations.
