Keynotes

The session length varies depending on client needs, but they typically run 45- 60 mins.

We have no cap on the number of attendees and have done keynotes for groups ranging from 50 to 10,000 professionals.

We are thriving in the new world of work and offer our keynotes in person and virtually with the same high level of engagement and impact.

We recommend at least 2 months lead time for booking.

Workshops

Our workshops are fully customized! Our goal is for the client’s culture and terminology to be so ingrained in our workshops that attendees feel like we’re internal trainers.

Workshops run anywhere from 1 to 3 hours depending on the topic and client needs.

Our skill building workshops are highly interactive and are best delivered in a small group setting with up to 40 participants.

Leadership Accelerator Programs

We keep the group size to a maximum of 40 people per cohort so that each participant gets the most out of the interactivity and laser coaching.

Our accelerators are completely customizable! We incorporate and create each program based on client goals, key challenges and participant demographics. We measure return on investment and impact every step of the way.

Our accelerators are offered both in person and virtually.

There are a number of different accelerators, ranging from a two-day intensive networking mastery program to a 6-month leadership development program.
