As a second-generation Korean Canadian, Alice has experienced first-hand the importance of diversity and inclusion. Having stood out as a visible minority for most of her life, she hopes to set an example and empower other minorities to achieve their full potential as leaders.

Alice holds her BSc in Biochemistry from Queen’s University, Ivey MSc of International Business, and CEMS Master of International Management. Having worked and studied in India, Belgium, and Chile, she brings unique perspectives from her enriching experiences across four continents. She has had diverse experiences working with small and medium organizations, as well as large multinational companies like H&M.

Outside of work, Alice enjoys learning languages, travelling, and staying active. She is fluent in 3 languages (English, Korean, French) and is continuously studying Spanish. She hopes to travel across Latin America in the near future.
