Floyd enables people leaders to lead consciously, inclusively and intentionally so they build highly effective and engaged teams. With over 30 years experience, he is passionate about developing people so they can be the positive impact they want to create in their organizations.

Embodying the international nature of Desa Global Leadership, Floyd brings stories and examples from his career that’s evolved across Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, the UK, Netherlands, France and Spain to bring new perspectives from diverse backgrounds to his clients. To empower Desa Global Leadership clients to achieve their goals, he draws on his experience in corporate sales, organizational talent acquisition and development, operations and as a military veteran who commanded two infantry companies in the 101st Airborne.

Throughout his career, Floyd has had the opportunity to work with some amazing organizations, such as Cisco, the U.S. Army, Boston University and Greenheck, across a range of sectors from manufacturing and education to government and telecommunications. He practices what he preaches and is always looking to uplevel his skills. This drive has led him to learn German, write “Conscious Leadership in Action”, become a ICF Professional Certified Coach, Neurotransformational Coach and Tiny Habits Certified Coach. Furthermore, he holds an MSc in Management Information Systems and a BS in Business Administration & Marketing.

All of these qualifications, combined with Floyd’s ability to actively listen and put people at ease, allow him to help employees and leaders own their worth and showcase their value in order to grow and excel both personally and professionally.
