Cahide believes strongly in the capacity and resourcefulness of people and is passionate about empowering individuals and teams to reach their goals by breaking through their own limitations.

As a woman of Turkish descent who has lived and worked in both Germany and the UK as a senior executive in technology, she has first-hand experience of what it means to be a minority in both race and gender, building visibility and using her voice when she was often the only woman in the room.

Cahide is an International Coaching Federation certified Coach and a graduate of the Gestalt Coaching Program. When she leads Desa Global Leadership trainings, Cahide brings her international experience coaching teams and C-level executives from Sanofi, Tesa Beiersdorf and Honda.
as well as her corporate lived experience in senior executive and General Manager roles at Apple and Xerox.

In her personal life, Cahide enjoys traveling around the world. She has been to 55 different countries so far and still has a long list of countries that she wants to visit.
