Adelyn is a dedicated Leadership Trainer who is passionate about helping professionals find their voice and be successful in their career journeys.

As a third generation ethnic Chinese born and raised in Singapore, she has lived and worked around Asia, Denmark, UK and Dubai. As an expatriate and global citizen, she recognizes the challenges from returning to work after raising her children and believes that diverse backgrounds and experiences are career assets that can be leveraged by professionals to help grow their leadership and communication skills.

Adelyn comes from a corporate background, having worked in sales, marketing, promotions and management. She is professionally trained as a cross-cultural facilitator and coach through The Coaches Training Institute and leverages multiple assessment tools like The Leadership Circle, MBTI, GlobeSmart, GoWorldWise, Cultural Map and Cultural Navigator. She works with global companies such as LEGO, Adobe, S&P Global and Verizon.
