To mark Women’s History Month, this global technology organization partnered with Desa Global Leadership (DGL) to deliver a company-wide leadership experience designed to go beyond inspiration. The goal was to create a session that fgelt credible, inclusive, and practical — strenthening trust, visibility, and shared responsibility across a diverse workforce.
Women’s History Month programming often risks being inspirational but disconnected from day-to-day realities. This organization wanted an experience that:
● Resonated across roles, levels, and lived experiences
● Addressed real workplace dynamics — not abstract concepts
● Strengthened trust and ownership rather than performative participation
● Equipped participants with tools they could apply immediately
The session needed to feel susbstantive, inclusive, and action-oriented for a global audience.
Desa Global Leadership designed and facilitated a custom Women’s History Month keynote, tailored to the organization’s culture and business context. Including:
● Research-backed insights on bias, visibility, and leadership trust
● Practical strategies for owning strengths and building trust-based influence
● Participant interaction that encouraged reflection, dialogue, and shared accountability
● Keynote speaker stories that participants could relate to on an everyday basis
The session was intentionally designed to feel energizing and practical, reinforcing shared responsibility for change.
