BIOGRAPHY




A digital marketer and a creative at heart, Thirmizi’s work in the digital marketing landscape has helped him understand the importance of branding, advertising, and consumer behaviour in a number of meaningful and effective ways. He is passionate about Desa Global Leadership’s Mentorship Moment platform and the future of the mentorship landscape. His marketing background aids in connecting with the Desa Global Leadership audience to offer them value added tools & resources to help them progress in their career.

With 7 years in a marketing role, Thirmizi has lived and worked in Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, and Canada, and been to many places in between. He went to the University of Toronto and has a Certified Marketing Specialist designation from the Canadian Marketing Association.

With his fascination in photography since his first year at University, Thirmizi has built up his personal brand to work with some of the largest companies in the world. Some of his clients include Toyota, Doritos, Jaguar, New Balance, Mercedes-Benz, LG, and Audi.

When he’s not working or traveling, he enjoys eating sushi, supporting Manchester United, and binge-watching shows on Netflix.
